ColdLint stores the subject, body, and domain you submit so the share link and your history can show the same result later. Share links are unlisted. Anyone with the link can open that result.

Sign-in uses an email link. We store the address and a session cookie. We do not store a password. The free-tier counter uses a separate cookie on this browser, or your account once you are signed in.

If ActiveCampaign is configured, new sign-ups and the checklist form are added to that list. If those settings are empty, the call is skipped. A failure talking to ActiveCampaign does not block sign-up. The lead is still stored here.

Payments go through Stripe. We store the customer id and subscription status, not the card. Domain monitoring stores the DNS result each time the domain is checked.

Do not paste passwords, customer lists, or anything you would not put in a sales email.
